Farming 101

Welcome to Hyperion Farming 101!

Earning money from an MMORPG game is a very tiring and daunting task, Summoners War is not an exemption, though with proper techniques, strategy and a lot of luck this can be done in no time, hence exclusive for Hyperion Members, we will share some ways to earn money fast with style!

Terminologies:
  • Crystals - Freemium** currency, you can get these for free or you can sell your house and buy all the Crystal Packs to be the Number One (1) Summoner in no time!
  • Mana - Currency used to purchase and upgrade runes or monsters in game.
  • Energy - Your game "fuel" -- you can't do anything without energy.
** Freemium is a pricing strategy by which a product or service (typically a digital offering or application such as software, media, games or web services) is provided free of charge, but money (premium) is charged for proprietary features, functionality, or virtual goods)

General Rule:

Once you got an access to "Glory Shop", focus in growing your first mushroom --- "Mysterious Plant" and raised it to level 10 as soon as possible, second structure is "Sanctum of Energy" as this will hit the cap of your energy bar - WIIFM (What's in it for me?) --- faster energy recovery and more energy to keep playing, more energy, life is more happier :)

Other buildings at this point are irrelevant as its too early to rank up and take advantage of "buff" or "boost" of your beloved monsters.

Earning Money Tips:
  1. Finish your quest --- follow the story and get immersed to the world of Summoners War! --- or you can just keep pressing "Skip" until you clear the game.
  2. Know your place, best farming spots are Mt. White Ragon, Faimon Volcano, and Chiruka Remains --- These maps have one thing in common, the lowest monster drop is a 2* monster. This is important for a few reasons: 1. When farming to make 5* and 6* monsters, you need a TON of 3* monsters to use as food, 2. If you are a F2P (free to play) player you WILL run out of natural 3* fodder, 3. Leveling up natural 2* monsters is an efficient and easy way to get 3* monsters for evolution. ~ Swayne
  3. Hell is always better! Work on your team and plot your strategy.
  4. The more the merrier! Take advantage of your friend's monster and use it sparingly
  5. During Mid Game (Level 20+) don't upgrade runes below 4 * Stars --- for survival and longevity in dungeons you may stick with +9, if possible +12 is max until you get 5 and 6 * Stars Rune.
  6. Don't buy Mana in "Cash Shop", it's better to utilize your time and earn more in Secret Dungeons or Cairos Dungeon (B6 up with Dragons and Giants) --- average loot is 3.9k and above, if you do the math, buying energy in Crystals (30 Crystals) will give you more Mana than buying Mana Packages upfront.
  7. Secret Dungeon "SD" - They call it "Secret" for nothing, these dungeons gives a lot of mana if you can clear high level stage/s, not only its worth burning your energy, it will also let you acquire one of the best monsters in game (e.g. Light Bearman) it's also a good time to collect your fodder and fusion monster, the only downside is hopping to multiple chat room and looking for the SD you desire.
  8. Keep track of game events, especially "Double Mana Event" put them on your calendar, same goes with "Double XP Event".
  9. When powering monsters in "Power-up Circle" make sure you take advantage of elements, if you want to power up fire monsters, use fire fodder, same goes with other element/s
  10. Always save your crystals and aim for "Premium Pack" (750 Crystals) under Special if you want to get more MS (Mystical Scrolls)
  11. Know your goal --- if you want to farm and train your monsters at the same time, its always better to buy the "EXP Booster" under Special, choose wisely.
  12. Download other cool games from Com2Us --- go to "Cash Shop" and look for "Get Free", not the best option, but it should help :)
Hope this guide helps! Noblesse Oblige.
